Legals and Fees
On contacting me, I will provide you with all the necessary legal information and
requirements you will need to make
sure your day is as special as you are.
What you will need to know if you are ready to marry ~

Both parties must be over 18 years of age

You must have two witnesses over eighteen years of age.

A Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be completed by both parties within 18 months of your proposed marriage and no later than 31 days prior to it. You can complete this form with my assistance and then lodge it with me as well. The NOIM form can be downloaded from the MARRIAGE section at the Attorney General Department website or direct from here.

You will need to bring with you your original Birth Certificates.
If you are born outside Australia, you will need to provide your current Passport.

If you have been previously divorced you need to provide your original Decree Absolute.

If your previous spouse is deceased, you will need to provide the Death Certificate from where the death was registered.
Some form of photo identification eg. Drivers License.
If you can’t find your birth or death certificates you can obtain a copy from the
Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages in your state.
For your Decree
Absolute apply to the Family Court in your state.

My fees include meetings and guidance either in person, telephone or email, all the paperwork and information, the required legal documentation. I will also take care of the preparation before and during your ceremony, including a table and two chairs with seat covers and bows if needed and a P.A. System.
